The carpet was snagged several times in front of the door leaving thread bare areas after strings were clipped. When checking the records, the actual check out-time was 12:07pm. Two guests had complained at the desk and were issued Marriott Rewards points for their inconvenience. ![]() I am not sure what time he returned to the hotel, but the dog continued to bark for at least an hour. ![]() The guest said he would be back as soon as he could. As my interpretation was that the dog was freaking out I immediately initiated the call. When I spoke to my associate about the disturbance, he stated that the gentleman had been gone for awhile but had told him to give him a call if the dog "freaked out". My concern was for my guests as many could still be sleeping at that early hour. I arrived on property at 7:10am to a dog barking as I entered the hotel.
